The Dube TradePort will contain several commercial developments that are associated with the creation of a transportation hub for the movement of passengers and freight focused exports while also capitalising on the virtual market. Ventures include hotel, conference and retail facilities, as well as a world trade and exhibition centre and service activities including vehicle refuelling and repair activities.

These facilities will ensure a focus on international trade by giving Southern African exporters and corporations opportunities to exhibit and sell goods. The trade and exhibition centre is designed to be a shopfront to showcase African exports, as well as products being marketed in Southern Africa.
